Well hello 2026. What do you have in store for us? 2025 may not have been the choose your own adventure most of us had in mind but the new year brings new possibilities. Two things are true. We are most influenced by the people we gather with. And, in the words of Dorothy, there is (still) no place like home. 

Starting with gratitude, Sherry and I are grateful for all the clients who trusted us in 2025 to buy or sell their home. We are also thankful for our broker inviting us to share our industry knowledge and wisdom with both new agents just learning the business and also experienced agents who want help refocusing on what's important. We were named Agent Development Co-Directors. In addition we started a second podcast just aimed just at agents called of all the non-original things: The Real Story - Coaching Edition. The good news is our original podcast, The Real Story with Adam and Sherry will continue and be even more focused on buyers and sellers. Of course you are welcome to look behind the curtain and subscribe to both on whichever platform for podcasts is your favorite. 

With the advent of AI and its emergence into the real estate sphere, we need to counterbalance it by making more real life connections. Our common places of connection are church, quilting, golf, coffee, etc. We got to see many of you at one of our holiday gatherings, our pie party in November and our Santa party in December. But why wait until next fall to connect. Whether it's real estate related or not, we’d love to see you.
